1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bingo8 ("bingo8," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bingo8 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at bingo8.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any bingo8 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the bingo8 Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bingo8 Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the bingo8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. bingo8 does not permit access to individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bingo8, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bingo8 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

bingo8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access bingo8 games and services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules apply to all bingo8 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one bingo8 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bingo8 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Unauthorized access: You must notify bingo8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bingo8 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account currency: All bingo8 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bingo8 does not support foreign currency accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. bingo8 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your bingo8 account within minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• bingo8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

4.3 Prohibited payment methods. bingo8 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.4 Transaction limits. bingo8 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in your account settings. Players may request adjustments to limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bingo8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• bingo8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• bingo8 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bingo8 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gameplay rules apply across all bingo8 games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, bingo8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, bets will generally be refunded. bingo8's decision on such matters is final.
• bingo8 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any other irregularity that may have affected the outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. bingo8 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingo8 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the bingo8 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any bingo8 software, game, or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bingo8 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

8. KYC & Verification

bingo8 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. By registering an account, you agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

• Proof of identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name.
• Source of funds: In certain circumstances, bingo8 may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account.

bingo8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the bingo8 Privacy Policy.

9. Responsible Gaming

bingo8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bingo8 account.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive an alert when your session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) to take a break from gaming.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bingo8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of bingo8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bingo8 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bingo8 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any bingo8 content.
• Use any bingo8 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of bingo8 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bingo8.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bingo8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or game errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bingo8's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information, content, or promotions published on the Platform.

bingo8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingo8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bingo8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by bingo8. bingo8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• bingo8 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• bingo8 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• bingo8 decides, at its sole discretion, to discontinue offering services to players in your jurisdiction.

12.2 Termination by you. You may close your bingo8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13. Privacy

bingo8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the bingo8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments

bingo8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bingo8 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bingo8 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bingo8 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of changes.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and bingo8, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the bingo8 support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bingo8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
